Once your order is confirmed, it is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, and in most cases, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. We continuously monitor our shipping operations to maintain quality service and ensure that your products reach you in excellent condition.

Alternative Delivery Areas

For locations where Leopard Courier service is not available or is limited, we use Pakistan Post Office as an alternative shipping method. In such cases, delivery may take approximately 7 to 9 working days depending on your area and postal service conditions. While this method may take slightly longer, we ensure that your order is properly packed and dispatched with care so that it reaches you safely. We appreciate your patience and understanding for deliveries in remote or less accessible areas.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after confirmation, and we strive to dispatch them as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you may receive confirmation via email or phone call. Any delays due to high order volume, public holidays, or unforeseen operational issues will be communicated accordingly.

Shipping Charges and Policy

We believe in maintaining transparent and fair shipping costs for our customers. A standard delivery charge of Rs. 250 is applied to all orders with a total value below Rs. 5,000. For customers who shop above Rs. 5,000, we proudly offer free shipping as part of our commitment to providing value and convenience. Cash on Delivery Service

Ajyad offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient and secure payment method for customers across Pakistan. This allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time it is delivered to your doorstep. COD is designed to provide ease and trust, especially for customers who prefer not to make online payments. We kindly request customers to ensure that the correct payment amount is available at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience for both the customer and the courier service.

Open Parcel Policy

To enhance customer trust and satisfaction, Ajyad provides an Open Parcel option. This means that you are allowed to open and check your parcel in the presence of the courier before making the payment. You can verify that the correct product has been delivered and that it is in proper condition. This policy is part of our commitment to transparency and customer confidence. However, we request customers to handle products carefully during inspection and avoid damaging the packaging unnecessarily.
