Ajyad currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a secure and convenient payment method. This allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time it is delivered to your doorstep. This method is especially helpful for customers who prefer to inspect their parcel before making payment, ensuring trust and satisfaction in every transaction.

What are the delivery charges?

We maintain a simple and transparent shipping policy. A standard delivery fee of Rs. 250 is applied to all orders below Rs. 5,000. However, we offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000 anywhere in Pakistan. This allows our customers to enjoy better value when purchasing in higher quantities without worrying about additional shipping costs.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service available in your area. For most urban areas where Leopard Courier service is available, orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. In areas where Leopard service is not available, we use Pakistan Post Office, and delivery may take approximately 7 to 9 working days. We always aim to ensure timely delivery and keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I open the parcel before payment?

Yes, Ajyad provides an Open Parcel facility to ensure customer satisfaction and trust. This allows you to check your parcel at the time of delivery before making the payment. You can verify that the correct item has been delivered in good condition. This service is part of our commitment to transparent and reliable shopping.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure a risk-free shopping experience. You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, has a size issue, or any other concern, you are eligible to initiate a return or exchange within this period, provided the product meets our return conditions.

How can I get a refund?

If you are eligible for a refund, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds are usually processed within 15 to 20 business days. The amount is transferred through an appropriate method such as bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, depending on availability.
