It should be returned in its original packaging along with any accessories or tags included at the time of delivery. Ajyad reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if the product does not meet these conditions or shows signs of use or damage.

The payment will be returned through a suitable method such as bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, depending on your preference and the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product due to size issues or any other reason, you can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will process your exchange and send the replacement product as soon as possible, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
